Our API account was suddenly suspended this morning with no prior warning or specific reason given (screenshot below).
We are a Tier 5 account and a legitimate e-commerce business that uses the api OpenAI for generating product content and other customer service operations
Right now, we have no idea what caused the suspension there was just a generic “policy violation” message. If this is related to an API key leak or some technical issue, we’d like to resolve it immediately.
This suspension has put our business at a complete standstill. We’ve already submitted an appeal by email, but we urgently need help getting this reviewed and our access restored.
Openai staff, any immediate help to escalate this would be greatly appreciated.
