Account Compromised & No Support Response for 10 Days

Hello Everyone,

We need urgent help regarding our OpenAI account security issue and the lack of support response.

Our account appears to have been compromised, and unauthorized users accessed and used the API credits available in our account without our permission. Shortly after this incident, our organization was placed into “Limited Access” status, which has severely impacted our ability to continue operating and serving customers.

The most frustrating part is that we have been trying to contact support for the past 10 days through the official support channels, but we have not received any meaningful response or resolution. We understand security reviews are important, but being left without communication while our account remains restricted is extremely damaging for our business.

We are asking the OpenAI team to:

* Review the unauthorized usage activity on our account

* Investigate the compromise and suspicious API consumption

* Restore proper account access after verification

* Improve response times for urgent security-related cases

At the moment, we feel abandoned by the support system despite dealing with a serious account security incident.

We would appreciate immediate attention from the Trust & Safety or Support team.
