I am developing the agent API in local side and today I received an email that OpenAI has deactivated my Tier4 account without any warning.
I am wondering if there is any support here can help me handle. Our business relies heavily on OpenAI API and it takes huge cost for us to migrate to other AI SDK….
I have sent an email to their support team but I got no response….How come such a big company easily disable business user access right….

When I reply directly to the support email, I got this system notification: 550 5.0.1 Recipient rejected.
How come the support from a company blocking a user email?
