API Account deactivated - Help needed

Our API got deactivated too without any valid reason, now waiting over 6 days and there is zero response from trustandsafety@openai.com. Any hints what can be done to escalate the issue? We’re losing money everyday with the clients.

No it wasn’t related to content filter/moderation. And there has been no explanation so far - almost 3 weeks now, still waiting. On top I was surprised to find that the invoice history was also no longer accessible.
