I’ve recently developed a GPT that’s being utilized by various users. One aspect that’s been puzzling me is figuring out the subscription plans of these users—whether they’re on the Plus, Team, or Enterprise plan.
Despite going through the API queries from the GPT actions, I haven’t been able to find any indicators regarding the users’ subscription plans. This information would greatly assist me in understanding my user base better and tailoring the services accordingly.
Has anyone else encountered a similar challenge or found a workaround to retrieve user subscription plan data? Any insights or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
Cheers
I believe only paid so plus and higher have access to the custom gpt market.
@darcschnider indeed that’s my understanding , and I would like to understand from which of those plans they are coming from.
It is not possible to figure out which plans they are coming from, but I can tell you right now that most traffic you receive on your GPTs is from ChatGPT+ subscribers. Teams and Enterprise users have a separate workspace that is different from their personal workspace, so even if you were able to get this information, which probably violates OpenAI’s TOS, it would probably all show from ChatGPT+ users.

Quite frankly, this is none of your business. The users of the GPT you built are OpenAI’s customers, not yours. There is no reason for you to know anything about them.
