I am unable to verify my organization and its super frustrating. Persona is full of bugs and it doesnt allow me to try again saying session expired and to restart the process but doesnt allow to do that. OpenAI if you dont want us to use your services, then this is the best way to stop people from using openAI API’s. Persona is your biggest torn. I want to use simple api but now i tried to verify with both attempts failed with no chance to verify again. I hate this!!!
I managed to verify with Persona on Linkedin but with OpenAI I am not able to verify. I might as well start using gemini now.
I have the exact same issue. Persona will scan my ID but not my face. It fantasizes about several faces in the room, wants me to move my face closer until every pore is visible, but the current state of affairs is that it will not take a picture of my face. And I was able to verify with Persona on LinkedIn but not with OpenAI.
I want to use Agent Builder and use the preview functionality.
I can provide other means of identification if you require it. Please help us, the stranded Persona verification users, or offer an alternative identification provider. The Persona support is not helpful at all. They don’t take end users seriously. It is perhaps time to switch the provider? This does not cast a good light on OpenAI at all and prevents the use of agentic tools.
