Unable to upload files to Knowledge for ALL team members

I have made a new team account and invited about 20 people. None can upload files when creating a custom GPT under the account. We all get this error:

Have tried:

• Different browsers
• Different files
  With no luck.

When logging into another team account with the same computer/browser, I can upload just fine, so it leads me to think it’s a team account bug.

Please advice?
