Hi All,
For the last 2 weeks I have had a problem where I cannot upload more than 1 document of any type to a custom GPT.
I have tried multiple file types and sizes; but it caps out at one file. To make things stranger, I went to a customgpt that I have been using for ages on a daily basis. I removed one of the 2 files and then re-added the same file again, now that GPT is dead.
The “Updates Pending” message just sits there and it refuses to update, and any existing instructions cease to work. As soon as I get the file count down to 1, it updates successfully.
Things I have tried:
Tried 3 different browsers with cache cleared
Tried incognito mode on all 3
Tried different logon (I have teams account)
Tried different computer
Tried uploading small files with only 1 line of text in them.
I have reached out to openai and just got the bots…I’m living in hope a human will come across my email trail at some point but we’ll see.
I can’t see any references anywhere of others with this problem, just stumped and interested to see if anyone else is experiencing this.
