same here with pdfs… tried everything, even asked it, no use
Down for me too… of course, right in the moment that I need it.
Honestly, the amount of time this is down lately or having problems makes me think that OpenAI should start considering refunds and a minimum SLA.
Totally unreliable as of the last month or so… hit and miss responses, doesn’t follow instructions… it’s beyond infuriating.
I am begging for a company to come along who can beat this one and just replace it… they can take my money right away… But fact is, ChatGPT is still the best at the moment… They just need to improve their service and actually UPDATE THEIR STATUS PAGES!

same problem for me I’m afraid. Funnily enough I am able to upload an Excel file, but not a csv.
Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble getting ChatGPT to read files. Whenever I try to upload a document, it just gives me a blank response and tells me to enter the text manually. All the input options seem to be there, but nothing happens.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m located in Tallinn, Estonia.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
