I am unable to upload documents to chatgpt.
getting the following error: Unable to upload XXX.pdf
it was working fine yesterday

same, I only can upload image. Like TXT,PDF is unable to upload.

This just started for me some where in the last 16-ish hours. I can upload images but no text based file. Is this still an issue for you?

Same for me. It’s been 3 days

Since my only use case involves uploading .txt and .json files to collaborate on, this error makes chatgpt completely useless to me. Apparently all systems are working fine and there’s no way to contact support. What do I do? If I cancel my account, it’ll not cancel immediately and I’ll pay for a service that I can’t use. I’m sure they’d not credit my account even if I could get in contact with them.
