Unable to Upload Anything

Description: I am unable to upload files to my ChatGPT account. Every time I try, I receive the following error message: “Unable to upload FILE NAME.docx”.

Steps Taken:

  1. Verified file type and size.
  2. Cleared browser cache and cookies.
  3. Tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and used incognito mode.
  4. Disabled browser extensions.
  5. Checked internet connection.
  6. Renamed the file to a simple name.
  7. Tried uploading on a different network.

Console Errors:

  1. [Intercom] The App ID in your code snippet has not been set. Set it to your App ID found in settings to complete installation: https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/_/settings/web
  2. [Intercom] Launcher is disabled in settings or current page does not match display conditions
  3. Error: <path> attribute d: Expected number, "… 0 1 .055-2.77Zm6. 86-1.939-.426…".
  4. client_id and scope must both be provided to initialize OAuth.
  5. Third-party cookie will be blocked. Learn more in the Issues tab.

Anyone else getting these errors? Its extremely frustrating because it was working fine this morning and all of a sudden, it just completely stopped.

I still have the same problem, I don’t have a solution, and they say there were no errors today. Were you able to do something? Or did you find any solution, brother

Let me add that I have this issue across PC, Mac, iPhone and iPad, website and applications. I can upload images and that’s it. Also see -

Has started working for me, at least for the time being.
