sorry just now seeing this.
this is a known issue that’s happening with a number of plugins that were automatically unverified due to updates made to server files
Logan from OpenAI has commented here on it: Message: "ERROR UNINSTALLING (plugin name)" with unverified plugins - is this a Malware? - #3 by logankilpatrick
The tl;dr is that plugin devs are not able to control it’s ability to be uninstalled, it is fully controlled by ChatGPT itself so this is a ChatGPT issue that has been bubbled up to the OpenAI team.
