Can’t uninstall ChatWithPDF or PrompPerfect

Just keeps coming back with “error uninstalling” each of those plug-ins. Does anyone know how these can be removed?

Have you tried logging out then logging in?

Not saying it will work but worth a check.

Also if you log out, it might not let you log back in right away, it is a risky proposition.

I have seen this happen a few times but haven’t confirmed this is the cause.
Before uninstalling an installed plugin, make sure the plugin is selected, has the check mark next to the name

then uninstall the plugin

  1. Open plugin store

  2. View only installed plugins
    image
  3. Click uninstall for plugin to uinstall.

I’ve tried this, and it doesn’t solve the problem. Once a plugin is “unverified,” even if selected with a checkmark next to it, you can’t uninstall it.

I’m having the same problem with PromptPerfect and LegalGPT where I get an error if I try to uninstall them. I also tried this fix of checking the checkmark first and it still gives an error. I tried logging out and logging in and still see the error. This has been going on for about a month.
