I had a business account that was deactivated on the 20th (issue with credit card), and I’ve been trying to get it reactivated. All I get when I log into the workspace is a blank screen, and it says deactivated in the URL. There is nothing on the screen to interact with. I have reached out for support multiple time and they keep emailing me the same instructions that do nothing. Please see below. I had a lot of projects and information that I would hate to lose, but it seems that the workspace is lost and there, due to Open.Ai’s refusal to use anything but chat and email to reach anyone to help. Is there anything left but to move on to another AI platform?
