My Enterprise workspace was randomly deactivated yesterday and I’m not sure how to get it reenabled. We purchased 20 annual licenses this year that don’t come up for renewal until January. Yesterday, Aug 9, the workspace was deactivated for me and 20 of my employees. I reach out to support and bots give me bad answers. They don’t see the actual mistake on their end.
Any advice on how to shake the tree and get a little attention on this?
