I’ve been encountering an issue while attempting to publish my GPT to the GPT Store. Despite having completed my Builder Profile and verifying my domain successfully, I keep receiving the following message:
“To publish your GPTs to the GPT Store, set up your builder profile in the user settings page.”
Here’s a summary of the steps I’ve taken:
- Completed all Builder Profile fields, including email and domain verification.
- I don’t have LinkedIn, GitHub or Twitter but these are marked as optional
- Logged out, cleared my cache, and retried multiple times.
I have reached out to OpenAI Support via email twice over the past few weeks but have not received any response. This has left me unable to proceed with publishing my GPT, which I have spent significant time building.
I am attempting to link my GPT, using Python, to my Gmail account so responses to emails can be drafted by my GPT, but I understand my GPT must first be published to the GPT store to allow Gmail to be linked to my GPT.
Has anyone else faced this issue, or does anyone know if there’s an undocumented requirement or a potential workaround? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
