Unable to obtain the 2.5k OpenAI credits

We are unable to obtain the 2.5k OpenAI credits, even though we’ve been selected for the Microsoft for Startups program. What should we do? We’re stuck. It’s been almost 20 days now.

Just a small query, do you know about this MS program? If yes how what was meaning of 2.5K, do they provide a credit of $2.5K?

One option would be to open a support ticket in the Microsoft Founders Hub portal directly. They are fairly quick to respond.

The other route that users in a similar position have frequently taken is to reach out directly to OpenAI support via the chat option on the developer platform or on https://help.openai.com/en/. In this case, you need to be prepared to provide proof that you have been accepted to the program.
