I’m a Microsoft startup founder, for the past 3 months I’ve not gotten my Openai credits. And I’ve been sending mails to the Openai department but still got no reply. Please this should be looked into

As per my other message just now, the best route would be to contact OpenAI support via the chat widget on the developer platform. As we are just volunteers on this platform, we cannot help you directly with account-specific requests.
In the meantime, you might want to also inquire via the Microsoft Founders Hub platform whether the OpenAI credits are still offered as a benefit under the program - at the moment, they are no longer listed as benefits. I suggest you submit a support ticket in the Hub’s Help section to inquire about this.
Finally, in the meantime you can always use your Azure credits to access OpenAI’s models via the Azure OpenAI studio. Except for the latest o1 models for which access is currently still restricted, all major models are available there as well.

I’m not aware that there is an issue with the OpenAI support chat. You might want to try it again?
As for the Founders Hub, just click on the question mark on the top right and then the option to submit a support ticket will appear.
