We’re a startup that successfully got accepted to the Microsoft Startup Program which gave us $2,500 in OpenAi credits.
I filled out the form and have been waiting for over 10 days. However, I still haven’t received any credits.
I tried contacting via email at microsoftstartups_openai.com but haven’t received any response.
Who should I contact?
I have encountered the same situation, OpenAI’s customer service seems to be non-existent, and I have not received any response.
Same here, I think they forgot about this program.They have an email dedicated to this program and it is answered automatically…
