Unable to access Microsoft for Startups OpenAI credit

Hi!

I got accepted by the Microsoft for Startups Founders scheme, but am struggling to find a way to receive the $2,500 OpenAI credit grant.

I’ve sent emails to microsoftstartups@openai(dot)com, support@openai(dot)com, and marketing@openai(dot)com but to no avail.

Does anybody know what I can do?

My organization ID is org-EGuZLfceMeUSnpyXAYUjwMI1

Hello same problem we receive email about confirmation but didn t receive credits

SCAM seems to me to be credit to OpenAI, or whoever it worked for

Login to platform. openai. com/settings/ with the same email through which the application was made, you would see credits under billing/credits section. If you dont see here, login to Microsoft foundershub. startups. microsoft. com/ Go to Benefits & Check under Redeemed Benefits (center of the page, right side link), you would know the status if the benefit is redeems or not yet.
