Hello？Can you answer a question? It seems many people are encountering login obstacles.

Weird!!! I can log in with my newly registered Gmail account that can only use the 3.5 model. But when I log in with my paid 4.0 account, it still says “We ran into an issue while…”

I also encountered a similar problem where I cannot log into my account on my iPhone. The error message is: 'Oops, we ran into an issue while signing you in.' really wired,

If i can’t login how i can cancel my subscriptions?

Guys, I’ve been able to log in normally, I think their developers found the bug, so go ahead and try it.

I just tried it and still can’t log in, sad :sob:

Yeah as @larondamiskell mentioned, bugs have been fixed. Try to follow these steps and sign in again. Refresh your cache and cookies, then attempt the login with your chosen authentication method. Try an incognito browser window to complete sign in Try logging in from a different browser/…

The problem still exists, and a new error has emerged: ‘arkose’ seems to be an issue with the verification system.
