Hello so i was asking chat gpt to summarize my textbooks on my desktop. Suddenly, chat GPT wasn’t responsive so I ended up logging out. However, when I try to log back in it said " Oops! We ran into an issue while signing you in, please take a break and try again soon". I tried to log in on my phone and it was able to log into another account. However when I tried to log in using my main account it said the same error message and did not let me log in. I was able to log in on my ipad after a few tries. How can I fix this issue
You can try going directly to openai.com and press “login” at the menu item.
After authenticating, you can choose either ChatGPT or API as your destination.
The whole API platform site went unresponsive for a while with a timeout just minutes ago.

I have the same problem here. Also, there are some reports of this issue on Reddit.
This issue persists even after trying directly in openai.com, though it only happens when logging into ChatGPT. There’s no problem with the API.

Thank you so much for your response, I can technically log in and when I get the option to choose either chat GPT or API that’s where the problem starts. When I click chat GPT, it says “Oops!
We ran into an issue while signing you in, please take a break and try again soon”. I literally tried every method but it still doesn’t work on my desktop. It also doesn’t work on my phone but works on my Ipad which is really weird (which means I am not banned or anything)

I meet the same problem, I can run my chatgpt on iphone, ipad, it could be logged in via openai.com, but I could not access the chatgpt pages. Seems that my iphone and ipad chatgpt version currently have the new features alltools and gpts, and the last status of my chatgpt webpages is still do not have the new features, after I refresh, the problems occurs. I assume it might be openai is upgrading the website version? I don’t know the exact solution, if you have futher update, please tell me.
By the way, I have tried almost all the methods to resolve the problem, clear the cookies, upgrad the brower, use edge, safari or firefox, use another computers, the conclusion is : chatgpt could not access on website version whatever method you use

If you want to share feedback or this conversation with OpenAI, it’s best to do so through the channels provided on their official website. They may have dedicated channels or forms for user feedback and suggestions… Where can I find these forms?
