I’m not able to access the history and projects of my chats on mobile or browser version. I already try all recommended steps, but is not able to load history and projects.

1. Subject: Issue Loading Project and Chat History
2. Problem Description: I am experiencing difficulties accessing the history of projects and chats on the platform, both in the web version and the mobile app. The error messages displayed are:
“Unable to load projects”
“Unable to load history”
3. I have already performed the following steps to try to resolve the issue:
Refreshed the page and/or restarted the app.
Cleared the browser and app cache.
Verified my internet connection, which is stable.
Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue.
4. Additional Details:
The issue persists across multiple devices (web and mobile).
Approximate date and time when the issue started: Dec 27 2024 - around 9:00 am Central Europe Time. The last time The last time I was able to access my chats and projects history was yesterday Dec 26 2024. Around 4pm Central Europe Time.

5. Expected Resolution: I would like to understand the cause of the issue and receive guidance on how to resolve it so I can access my project and chat history as soon as possible.
I’m also having issues with loading projects on Chrome for MacOS. Although chats are working fine and I’m able to search and use chats that were in a project, the projects themselves won’t display and says “unable to load.” Interestingly, everything works great on the app. Additionally, on the desktop version, the first letter of every chat appears cut off, and my zoom settings are normal. Could this be a bug with ChatGPT?
Update: Logged in to ChatGPT in an Incognito window in Chrome and I can see projects again! So now to figure out what’s blocking them from loading.
Update: Fixed!! I cleared site-specific cookies and local storage by going to the icon to the left of the url and then went to site settings, then deleted all the cite data and cookies. Refreshed the page and project were back!
It seems after release of Chatgpt 5. Only on desktop, i can see them on mobile app.
Any browser does not work. Cookies removed and app reloaded.

I have the same problem. Project available on mobile, but not on desktop or the web app. Clearing cookies doesn’t work, reinstalling the desktop app doesn’t work. I have ChatGPT Teams! And during the transition from plus to teams I lost one of my main projects
Same here, I’ve tried all the suggested fixes in this forum but none worked. I can open the projects on the mobile app, but not in the browser or desktop app.
On the plus side, I’m able to access specific chats from projects using search (ctrl + k), but apparently those chats can’t access the project files and I get this message:
Contacted OpenAI and gave the same instructions as mentioned here (remove cookies/delete all chat history/use a different browser). In the end, they ignored my messages. Now I’m switching to either Gemini or another platform.
