I’m not able to access the history and projects of my chats on mobile or browser version. I already try all recommended steps, but is not able to load history and projects.

1. Subject: Issue Loading Project and Chat History
2. Problem Description: I am experiencing difficulties accessing the history of projects and chats on the platform, both in the web version and the mobile app. The error messages displayed are:
- “Unable to load projects”
- “Unable to load history”
3. I have already performed the following steps to try to resolve the issue:
- Refreshed the page and/or restarted the app.
- Cleared the browser and app cache.
- Verified my internet connection, which is stable.
Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue.
4. Additional Details:
- The issue persists across multiple devices (web and mobile).
- Approximate date and time when the issue started: Dec 27 2024 - around 9:00 am Central Europe Time. The last time The last time I was able to access my chats and projects history was yesterday Dec 26 2024. Around 4pm Central Europe Time.

5. Expected Resolution: I would like to understand the cause of the issue and receive guidance on how to resolve it so I can access my project and chat history as soon as possible.
