Unable to load chat history and projects

They better fix this issue since its very annoying and no solutions anyone provided has worked thus far.

I just checked and my projects are showing up again on the web app! Looks like they pushed an update to fix it. Will respond again if it fails again.

(Update) Also working on the desktop app!

Anyone still having the issue, try the cookie clearing process again.

My projects appeared a few days ago, but now it’s back to the same issue (the mobile app works as usual).

Just like many others, I have the same issue: “Unable to load projects.”
I’ve tried everything clearing the browser, using the Windows desktop app, even contacting support and nothing worked. Except it works fine on my free account :man_facepalming:.

So projects don’t work on my paid account, but they do on the free one :man_facepalming::man_facepalming::man_facepalming:.
I’m just super frustrated because they don’t care, since they have so many customers.

in the console im seeing this errors:

Hi! I’m glad I found your post. I had a similar problem. Around August 21st, my projects stopped appearing, but they came back on their own on September 1st. Then, on September 5th, I lost access again through both the web interface and the desktop app. It’s frustrating when it keeps happening.

Ok, the projects are showing up again. They weren’t loading just a few minutes ago. I was actually in the middle of grabbing the HAR file for the support team when they came back. I’ll still push for an investigation and will link this thread.

Edit: Now they’re gone again. They were working until a couple of min ago. At least I can share the HAR file with the support team.
