Seems to me like every popular release in the last 10 yrs or so getting flooded by unexpected (unplanned) user base trying to do things that were announced

At this point Google is running a DDoS attack on OpenAI’s servers trying to slow down its releases 
any idea why I don’t see on Advanced Data Analysis under Beta features ?
Only Plugins are being listed
Advanced Data Analysis and DALLE-3 are enabled by default in GPT-4.

It seems to be an EU issue and the new regulation that they brought along. Has anyone tried VPN? Thanks.
