Unable to access GPTs + New Features (Plus Susbscriber)

I am a Plus Subscriber but unable to access GPTs s and the new features rolled out by Openai.

Is this because they are still rolling out? Anything we can do from our end to get the access sooner?

I have this too. It seems like the ‘advanced data analyses’ function is now inaccessible. For me, i can open ‘GPTs’, but I can’t click the ‘send message’ button.

Absolutely agree. It is hard not to be jealous and feel negative things when you see stuff like that. Hopefully we will get access soon. :frowning: I want to play with the new toys lol

Agree would be a great improvement to better communicate about roll out plan. When we hear during the keynote it is available now, and 2 days later it is not the case, there is something wrong here…

Same here. I don’t even see a GPTs button anywhere in the UI. Everything looks identical to me as it did prior to keynote. :frowning:

I wonder what one needs to do to be on top in the pecking order of new feature rollouts, apart from just being a Plus user.

No, there is not a way for you to move higher, you just need to be a Plus user and wait.

Given the fact that the title is: Unable to access GPTs + New Features (Plus Subscriber), you should create a new topic if you are talking about everyone and not just plus subscribers.

Plus user since day 1 just twiddling my thumbs to avoid my excitement levels dropping off a cliff regarding all the “new features and gtp4 turbo available today to ALL plus users” 3 days later. :roll_eyes: Simply saying it would roll out over a couple of days would’ve made a big difference in acceptance of what has become an unexplained boondoggle and raises questions when it should’ve been a free ride on the hype train

It’s best to just wait and have patience not all of us can have access on day one it’s always been like that.

Sure and the company is only new - hopefully this is a lesson learned, have your rollout plan in place BEFORE you make an announcement :slight_smile:

I have the same issue as well. I just sent a message to Support. We’ll see how long it will take for me to get an answer… and most importantly how long it will take to have access.

I’m a Plus subscriber too, I just have the accessibility to GPTs and new features for like 30 minutes, and then it just rolled back to traditional UI. I don’t know why, anyone encounter the same prob?
