I have a paid account for my business account for chat-gpt-4 and an account with chat-gpt-3.5 which is unpaid and has no history of my making a payment. No where do I see account numbers or a way to combine these accounts into one account. I need or desire the functionality of the paid account with API access however I do not see where I can create these keys in or for that account . Help!!! is Needed.
