I have taken a team subscription and our billing is annual.

I need to introduce a new member to our billing but it needs to be monthly[Existing customers can continue to be annual].

As an owner within the workspace, Can I remove 1 member and replace that member with a new member? Will this affect the billing?

I am looking to temporarily add somebody without making a year-long commitment on the team account. Please advise.

At this point you have to go through a decision tree by using available options but you want to get to something like

Then enter a reply with details, include your email address used with the account in question.

There is no guarantee you will get a reply but it is the only way to reach OpenAI staff.

Yes, i did write. It’s been over a week and no response yet. It is tough to manage billing when there is very little documentation provided.
