It seems like the GPT store is plagued with GPT creators that use other company’s trademarks illegally. For example spotted these two GPTs today and reported both. One says that it is made by ChatGPT itself… and the other says its Suno AI V4. I have to admit the Suno AI one almost had me fooled for a second, only thing that gave it away was that they redirected to the same website as the ChatGPT one.
It is against OpenAI’s policy to use another organizations trademark, so it is upsetting to see so many of these GPTs in the store.
My GPT recently got taken down on the grounds that the profile picture might be harmful, although my profile picture was just a very generic AI generated piano logo so it seems really weird to be pinged for that, I’ve sent an appeal hoping its a mistake and mixed up with another GPT somehow.
