All day today, I’ve been getting a blank screen in the web app. For a few hours it showed a chat window at the bottom, though it was unusable, now it’s just a solid blank page. I’ve cleared cookies, restarted the laptop, nothing works. The problem persists across multiple browsers.
It seems reminiscent of what was described in this old thread: Blank page at the login of the chatgpt (it’s closed, otherwise I’d necro it).
Is anyone else experiencing it, or has anyone experienced it recently? Any way to know at least approximately how long this might last?

Since I can’t paste what web developer mode in Firefox shows (due to urls) here’s a screenshot showing all the 404’s for javascript files it needs but are missing.
I found this solution in the forums here and it solved the issue! Perhaps you can try it, too—I hope it helps.

Thanks for that, but my issue is that they are NOW using the report-to directive that my current browser [115.15.0esr] doesn’t support, it started support in version 130. I got it working in Kubuntu with FF 130.
Actually, double thanks, I can still / maybe use Windows 8.1 with 115.15 ESR, based on what this user wrote: Merci! Works for me on Win11 and Firefox 115.15.0esr (64-bit
nevermind, the plugin needs too much access. As much as I love using Windows 8.1, this is yet another reason to continue to migrate / use Linux.

I’m getting exactly the same problem. Google Chrome is working fine, but not FireFox.
What version of Firefox are you using? If it’s less than 130, it’ll unfortunately break since they are now using the using the report-to directive which was implemented in FF 130 (at least I think so, as there is a X for the feature indicating it’s not supported, but then a flag suggest it needs to be manually enabled, so I have no idea if it works or not in FF130. I can’t test it with FF130 on Windows 8.1 as it’s limited now to 115.15ESR) If you’re using a ESR version, it wont work anymore, terrible decision to just cut off users without any warning.
for a few days it’s not empty, but nothings working. i can start write a question but the send button remains disabled.
Do you have a solution for when this issue happens on Google Chrome?
