I did see a screenshot on twitter though which had some usage statistics. I guess they are experimenting at the moment.
Yeah happy to see it but itâs kinda sucky that people can copy your GPT Name and icon and potentially confuse people. Seems like there will likely need to be a human review process or maybe AI infused one to weed out bad actors
Opened an issue since latest IOS update miss the explore link.
Opened a thread since I already spotted 4 clones of my most used custom GPT.
Excited to contribute at any level for the best outcome of this community.
I noticed when I logged out and went to Explore GPTs , then I can see the store. Or you could open it in a incognito window to see the store. A little bit of a work around until itâs fully rolled out.
Safari works as expected I meant IOS application where thereâs no logout option.
Currently, you cannot see how many chats a GPT has by scrolling through the explore page. However, if you look it up in the search bar next to the name, it displays the number of conversations.
I also want to point out that if you are looking for more GPTs than what is shown on the explore page, there is a button in the upper right corner. You can press this button to toggle Global View and see different GPTs:
Did the store crash already? I logged in and seen it right away. I looked at it for a minute checked out one GPT went back to it and it wasnât there anymore.
Same here, had access for 1hr to new store⌠Maybe a roll back for some of us.
If you open the link in an incognito window (without being logged in) you can see the new store. Though it appears you have to be logged in to see the search functionality.
Doing a close read through the blog post and related help articles here are a few points to emphasize.
- You can fill out this form to nominate your top performing gpts(s) to be featured
- They will prioritize GPTs that have âinnovative insights and capabilities, substantially improving the overall user interactionâ, âconsistently operate in alignment with expected performance criteriaâ, and âcater to a diverse array of usersâ.
- You can opt in to have feedback from users sent to your email
I have gone through all the demo apps, and they are good. The issue is not about their quality but rather about how GPTapp behaves. If we input a prompt that is not relevant to the appâs design, the app will respond using ChatGPTâs general intelligence. This results in the app mixing with the broader GPT capabilities, which can lead to GPTâs hallucinations. If similar questions are asked subsequently, the app may answer based on its previous state. This behavior can disrupt the appâs specific purpose. For example, if Iâm using a Canvas app with the aim of generating images according to canvas standards, and I ask it to generate a Python code example, it might comply, leading to an unintended flow in the GPTapp. Of course, this can be mitigated by app owners who can check the relevance of each user prompt to the appâs goals. If the prompt is relevant, it can proceed; otherwise, it should respond that the request or prompt is not relevant
What is the Global View
in the GPT Store? My GPT Code Copilot appears in the List when Global View is ON, why?
@eric43, Iâve noticed something similar with my GPT: it appears in a category when Global View is set to âOnâ, but disappears when itâs set to âOffâ. I initially thought this might be due to the ranking model filtering out non-English names or descriptions when Global View is âOffâ, but this doesnât seem to align with our experiences, as both of our GPTs have names and descriptions in English.
This leads me to a couple of questions for the community and OpenAI staff:
- What exactly does the Global View âOn/Offâ feature do?
- What is the purpose of this feature? Currently, itâs unclear why it filters out some GPTs when turned âOffâ.
Looking forward to understanding more about this feature. Thanks!
I still see the old version as well. Iâll be patient and wait until it appears differently.
Does someone know how to truly build a high quality custom GPT?
Could someone elaborate on this? Does it mean builders from other places but the US wont get paid?
Itâs a rollout starting in the US but I can confirm that several users I know and who are located outside the US already got the access.
Uh, nope. Here it is Jan 31 and still no access. How much longer do I have to wait for this?
