At the time of this post, there is no current official ChatGPT API. Usage of non-official ChatGPT API’s is a violation of our Terms of Service and a disservice to all other developers playing by the rules.

We are however, working on the ChatGPT API, we encourage you to join the waitlist. In the meantime, check out the Completions API which can do very similar tasks to what ChatGPT does.

When the official API becomes available, we will update you in this thread and elsewhere.

No-one knows. Its not released yet and there is no information than what is shown on the waitlist page

Same here, applied waaay back, didn’t receive anything…

Thats because an API for ChatGPT has not been released to anyone yet. You are not alone.
