Subject: Ongoing Suspicious Activity Detected Issue with My Account

Hello OpenAI Support Team,
I am experiencing a persistent issue with my ChatGPT account. Despite my efforts to secure it, I continue to see a notification saying, “Suspicious activity detected. It looks like someone else may be using your ChatGPT account.”
Here are the steps I have already taken to resolve the issue:
I have changed my password.
I have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
I have logged out from all devices.
I have cleared my browser cache, site data, and browsing history.
I’ve also tried accessing my account from different networks and devices, but the issue persists.
Despite these measures, I am still unable to regain full access to my account. Could you kindly assist in resolving this matter and provide further guidance on what else I should do?
This happened to my yesterday. Reset my password, logged out from all devices and still the same issue.
Does OpenAi think that we have only one device to use their service? (PC, laptop, phone, and work PC..)
I am facing the same issue since yesterday. I have tried all the fixes: changed password multiple times, enabled 2FA, logged out of all devices but the error is still there.
Reading this discussion I think I am not the only one facing this issue. This is frustrating and needs to be fixed asap.
I also facing this issue since yesterday, I know I used few devices with my GPT account in it. It is frustrating because the quality of the answer is dropped because of the limitation. I think limiting the feature usage for the users is not fair, because we have paid for the services.
Same problem here, popped up yesterday. It dissapears after some hours but when i start a chat and send my secon prompt it’s back. Hope for a fix soon, I assume they would.
Why isn’t OPENAI answering us?!
