same problem with me with 3 days without nothing… why?? and why it not fixing until now!!! i do everything also i changing my password many times not once and makes log out from every device i have also i put 2fa authenticator same shit until now without any clear reason…

im facing the same issue from today. tried everything suggested like 2fa, password reset, logging out from all devices, going incognito but nothing works! feeling so much disappointed with openai team!

This is very frustrating, especially because only i use my OpenAI account through various different systems, PC, my laptop, my work laptop and my phone.

My work is heavily affected by not being able to use models i pay for.

I expect prompt resolution of this by Open AI team.

I’m still having the same problem too now two days after resetting my password to a very encrypted password, setting up MFA, logging out of all devices, and reaching out to customer support. No update yet

Same here, kinda pissed off to be paying 100 bucks a month for the pro account and not being able to use it. I did everything they said (MFA, log out all devices, reset password) and there doesn’t seem to be any recourse. Just taking my money and refusing to provide the service I paid for…

don’t wasting your time man nothing will working even if you put ā€œusb key securityā€ for secure your account you’ll face the problem and it’ll not get solving because the problem with the company not with us and support doesn’t provide anything useful with that shit

if that problem will not fixing soon just tell me guys I’ll not renew my account again..

What is going on here… it started working again for a few hours, now it thinks I’m suspicious again. I didn’t change IPs or anything. It is also fully locked down with MFA. I’m only using it with one laptop too… what is going on here…

I got my account resolved. Had to go to help center, open a request, ask to speak to a person, and noted and screenshot everything. After 2 days, they fixed it, didn’t tell me anything further, but its working again
