This is very frustrating, especially because only i use my OpenAI account through various different systems, PC, my laptop, my work laptop and my phone.

My work is heavily affected by not being able to use models i pay for.

I expect prompt resolution of this by Open AI team.

Iā€™m still having the same problem too now two days after resetting my password to a very encrypted password, setting up MFA, logging out of all devices, and reaching out to customer support. No update yet

Same here, kinda pissed off to be paying 100 bucks a month for the pro account and not being able to use it. I did everything they said (MFA, log out all devices, reset password) and there doesnā€™t seem to be any recourse. Just taking my money and refusing to provide the service I paid forā€¦

donā€™t wasting your time man nothing will working even if you put ā€œusb key securityā€ for secure your account youā€™ll face the problem and itā€™ll not get solving because the problem with the company not with us and support doesnā€™t provide anything useful with that shit

will guys i do everything i found in openai help page with that fucking bug for now nothing helping me if any one get any fix for it please share with us cuz now we pay for nothingā€¦ 2 days with that problem for now without any clear reason and support fuck my time up with that problem and i did what they tell me but nothing workingā€¦ if that shit will continue just tell me to cancel my account cuz as i said now we pay for nothingā€¦

What is going on hereā€¦ it started working again for a few hours, now it thinks Iā€™m suspicious again. I didnā€™t change IPs or anything. It is also fully locked down with MFA. Iā€™m only using it with one laptop tooā€¦ what is going on hereā€¦

I got my account resolved. Had to go to help center, open a request, ask to speak to a person, and noted and screenshot everything. After 2 days, they fixed it, didnā€™t tell me anything further, but its working again
