Problem is it provides no support of any kind.
I have reported the same issues for 2 years now, and they refuse to even speak to me legitimately about it. I get the most generic of responses. You might think, “Oh, just go to another one.” Problem is ChatGPT is easily the best of the group, but it’s like saying getting stabbed is better than getting burned alive. It’s true, but it’s not good enough.
Every now and again it escalated and a “real” person graces me with their presence. Problem is, the “person” is clearly a bot since they provide almost identical answers to the chatbot and are equally unhelpful, and eventually just stop responding. In general, the chatbot responds once and never responds again. They add all these fancy bells and whistles, that don’t work, but they refuse to add a fricken phone support. This is ridiculous.
