I have technical issues where I cannot get ANY response from the AI, empty, nothing and keeps erroring. And I did check different networks, different browsers, that’s not it.
Worst is that support for the OpenAI looks like the works i ever experienced. Its forcing you with those unrelated suggestions and there is no way to write/call/chat or its so buried you just give up.
Like many other users, I am paying for this product, and when something is broken, it would be nice to have access to support that is not discouraging you from the contact.
I am also interested in this aspect. No way to contact support team. Please, provide details. The is an information very old, and that is all. And there is no way to follow that.

Yeah, here’s the problem though. They now close chats before they even answer. This has happened to me no less than a dozen times in the last week, needless to say it’s from me resubmitting the original complaint to try and actually get an answer
I don’t believe you understood the statement. I was talking about the support chat on the OpenAI website. It’s nothing on my device since it happens on multiple devices. It essentially waits for awhile, provides no response, asks for a rating of the conversation and shuts off all ability to write a message
