Suddenly lost access to own workspace in a ChatGPT team subscription

Hi all,
I am new here. If anyone can assist me, it will be a great help. Suddenly lost access to own workspace in a ChatGPT team subscription. Both the members lost the access to own workspaces. One member lost access a week back and I just lost access an hour ago probably. I can confirm that memory was not full. Bill is paid properly. We chat on work related topic or sometime related to knowledge development. So there is nothing that can add any red flag. Why that happen. None of us deactivated our workspace. Why that happen. How can we get back the access to our own workspaces? Any suggestion, idea, guidance is more than welcome. Thanks every one.

I have the same issue now, and four accounts are currently affected.

Were you able to find a solution to this? Just happened to me too. I was using it fine yesterday but I came to wake up to it today all gone.
