Is anyone else experiencing issues accessing a GPT and/or workspace when a link to it has been shared.
We are seeing the following error message frequently when someone who has access to a GPT tries to share access to it - this is what the invitee sees.
We are having the same exact issues and have not had any responses that have been helpful from the Help Center. Were you able to get this problem fixed?
Hi Katie,
We ended up having to speak to someone and it turns out there was a control introduced within ChatGPT to prevent abuse - if you double the number of licensed seats or add 20 or more seats before the next pay period, we will issue a “true-up” invoice mid-month for the additional users and will automatically freeze adding more members until the “true-up” invoice is issued. Once issued, you can start adding more seats immediately.
Apparently we also had two subscriptions for our users, so they prevented the ability for us to add additional seats.
The problem was, there was no error message or correspondence to explain this, so it was a lot of digging around to try and resolve.
How were you able to speak with someone? We have sent numerous Help Center messages including leaving phone numbers for a call back and we are not getting anyone to call us and the information they respond with is very generic. We have purchased a Team Workspace and only half of our team is able to access. The other half that signed in and made an account prior to clicking the join workspace link are the ones that cannot get in.
How were you able to see this invoice or was it internal on their end only? Were you able to fix it on your end (Was the invoice needing to still be paid)? Were they able to fix the two subscriptions on your end or was it something they had to do on their end?
