Hi there, anyone started to get “You’ve reached your usage limit” even though the usage is low etc. We are on Tier 5 and last 12hrs there’s been virtually no usage, as reflected on the usage dashboard.

go to settings and billing. See if you need to add credits or something. If all fails, reach out to customer support, they’ve always helped me when something bugged on me. Just make sure to really look into the settings, I remember solving something like this a while back, it just took some time to find it.
Thanks just did… auto recharge was off and I didn’t notice actual response stating the balance was negative.
Can’t even find out how to contact support. The chat keeps sending me in an endless loop and never lets me send a message.
I like chatGPT 4 image generator much better than the 4o. Not sure why there is a different but there is.
But I have been generating about 5 images and then getting a message saying I have reached the limit for gpt 4 and have to wait for 2 hours!!! What is going on? Surely I can create more than 5 images???
This is crazy. Never paid for a service where I have to pay not to get to use it.
