Submit increase quote usage limit request for two weeks, and no response!

I have submitted the request for more than two weeks, but never receive any response!

And reached to customer service several time, and the customer service always send me template response without even looking into my message.

And now I have already reached my approved usage limit, which is $120, and I have requested for increasing usage limit to $3000 two weeks ago, and I never receive any feedback.
My application is now down because of it.

I don’t know what else i can do, and can just put my question here.
Wondering if the OpenAI team can help taking a look into it ?

The developer forum has no ability to expedite rate limit and usage limit increase requests.

I understand it is frustrating when you do not receive a reply right away, however, for account related issues please use OpenAI Help Centre in the bottom right corner is a message icon. image click the icon and enter your issue, the bot will take your details and a member of the account support team will get back to you, it may take several weeks due to the number of people currently using the system.

I thought their workload issue has been resolved because I requested an increase to 1000 about two weeks ago, and got it after 2 days. My account has a payment record of only 10.

How about trying 1000? Also, I didn’t write anything big in the reason. I only wrote ‘My project can afford 1000’

The next tier one will typically be upgraded to is $500.

There might not be any feedback system giving you a message that someone pressed a button “request denied”, as I’ve never seen report of such a message.
