Subject: Stuck Organization Verification - Status Not Updated (Ticket #… if you have one)
Hello,
My organization’s verification is stuck. I successfully completed the Persona verification process more than a week ago, but my account status was never updated.
The problem:
I cannot access features that require verification (like image generation API).
I cannot re-verify because the system redirects me to my old, completed session.
Support in a previous chat was unable to resolve this and gave contradictory advice.
Please manually reset my organization’s verification status so I can try again, or manually approve my already completed verification.
