I have already completed the verification process and passed the identity verification, but the organization verification status is still not activated. It has been three days now. Yesterday, I created a new account and had a friend complete the identity verification, but as of today, the organization verification status is still not activated.

passed the process with success indicator but the status on my account not changing to verified.
retry not working as session link is expired afterwards. 
I know there were other posts on here that support was unhelpful and had a hardline on issues like this. I had issues even getting to the verification step to begin with. They just kept giving me a link to the verification service with the verification ID set to undefined.
When I reached out to support, they gave me the same boilerplate answer about not allowing retries of verifications. However, when I pushed them on it that I hadn’t even been given a chance yet, they reset something and told me to try again, and then the verification worked.
All of that is to say, if you lay out your case clearly and indicate there might be something more nuanced about your situation that they should take a closer look, support may actually be able to help you.
Also if you look in DevTools on the verification page, you might be getting some indication of the reason as to why it’s not yet verified. I think the request is something like TRUSTED_ORGANIZATION.
