Contacted help center but didn’t get any response… Chatbot says, I can get the mail… but not

How long have you been waiting? It normally takes 2-4 weeks.

As a ChatGPT Plus user, waiting for 2-4 weeks is too much big time… It’s one day passed already…

With that said, currently it says operational, but I am affected by the same issue. Chat history does not load, old chats do not load, and new chats cannot be started.

I am able to access my account in my friend’s system with all the features active… Looks like openai is blocking accouts based on IP address (may be for heavy users of ChatGPT)… Need to go for VPN options now
