For me refreshing a bunch of times has always worked. Everything seems fine on the status:
But I guess it’s just part of the degraded model performance.

Encountering the same, have run into this a handful of times before - scary cause it looks like all your stuff is gone, dont know why it happens but after some time passes 
it restores and all is good.
Would love to know whats happening though

Yep, same here too. I’m relieved that I’am not alone. Let’s give the people at OpenAI some time to fix this, I’m sure it’s all gonna be alright soon !

Oh Phew. I was worried for the same thing. I reported it via the chatbot. Glad to know it’ll come back. Scariest thing in my life for 5 sec.

Having the same issue, was going to cancel my subscription, but nothing is working even on mobile, no account option, no chat history, chatting also doesnt go through

ME TOO!!! OMG… I’m about to lose it. It’s also not working on different browsers, incognito anything. And its just my paid account. When I log in from my personal free account it works. But from my paid account nothing. When I logged out and back in from my phone it says Request is not allowed. Please Try again later.

Mobile works but custom instructions just keeps spinning, and shows an error when I try to open it… maybe some association but not sure… just strange.

Yep - same issue here. I am unable to submit anything to GPT-4 and am unable to access my GPT account or discussion history.
