You’ve clearly taken all the right steps from your end, and we want to acknowledge the time and effort you’ve put into resolving this. Please know this matter is being taken seriously.
That said, we want to let you know that expired verification sessions cannot currently be reactivated or extended. We understand this might not be the result you were aiming for.
You’re still welcome to continue exploring the OpenAI platform and the models currently accessible to you. However, models that require successful verification may remain unavailable until that process is completed.
Should verification options change or become available again, we’ll be sure to keep you and all users informed.

so it sounds like a bug with openai platform - is stopping me from using the api to models. So the tags are valid.

It’s functioning correctly for some users but not others, which may be due to browser compatibility issues. While we’re currently unable to reproduce the problem on our end, we are working with some customers to understand the conditions when this fails. At this time, we don’t have an estimated timeline for a fix.
I completely understand your frustration. As someone who also works with code, you likely know that software bugs are an inevitable part of development and don’t indicate any intentional misinformation.
That said, circling back—unfortunately, we’re unable to verify all organizations at this time, and we apologize for the inconvenience. For personal projects, we recommend using the image generation feature available directly in ChatGPT.

That said, you can continue to use the OpenAI platform and your current model access. We’ll update users if retry options become available in the future.

Just an update: emailing support@openai.com has also been unsuccessful - will keep this thread updated on progress 
support@openai.com have ghosted me - not replying the emails. not ver nice.
chat support have not been able to fix the issue with openai persona integration either.

I’ve made a new ticket and now talking to an ai - which has been unsurprisingly unhelpful. maybe after a few more messages I’ll get a human…

My guess would be that they’re just stalling.
