Response from Open AI to my attempts to get customer support

Hello, I wanted to share my recent interactions with Open AI’s “customer support.” They were completely non-supportive.

After harassing them for 8 months to get something to respond I got this

Firstly, we apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced over the last 2 years. Please give us the opportunity to rightfully address your concern.
We’ve reviewed your previous tickets and you’re raising concern regarding your account being flagged from image generation. We understand your intention to generating images for recreational use and not in an abusive way and you wish to have this feature back to your account.
Firstly, please know that image generation is already integrated to your ChatGPT Plus subscription features. You have previously mentioned about being flagged when you generate an image before and please allow us to explain and walk you through this.
Our Usage policies explicitly prohibits certain categories, including adult content, adult industries, and dating apps. This includes content meant to arouse sexual excitement, such as the description of sexual activity, or that promotes sexual services (excluding sex education and wellness).

We have Moderation models which are designed to check whether content complies with OpenAI’s Usage policies. The models provide classification capabilities that look for content in the following categories: hate, hate/threatening, self-harm, sexual, sexual/minors, violence, and violence/graphic.

In addition to that, please be informed that currently, we only have our Email and Chat Support to assist all our users.

Here’s the problem, most of my complaints were related to the AI ignoring feedback and refusing to adjust. Content related tags were definitely not that content mentioned. It was when writing, complaining about it flagging stuff that was literally in movies made for children like star wars, or even basic fear or mentions of minor injuries like a cut. I wasn’t asking for Saw movie stuff, and definitely nothing sex related. The image complaints were related to pictures of things like lightsabers or aliens, again nothing explicit and something their support chatbot has mentioned might be the result of the program being overzealous. I just wanted an honest conversation. I mentioned that it had ignored me and asked for more communication. It sent this.

After that it refused to respond again. This was clearly a bot they gave a human name to. This is unacceptable and insulting.
