In July 2024, I was awarded a US 5,000 grant to support our project. The project has been progressing well, but upon logging into my account recently, I noticed that the grant appears to have expired. My understanding was that it should remain active for 12 months, and since we are still in the middle of the research.
Could the OpenAI Research Team check the status of my grant and confirm whether it is normal to expiry in just 6 month or this is kinda bugs? Thanks a lot.

I recommend you to reachout openai directly from help.openai.com they can help you better with the credits billing.
I’ve tried but it doesn’t seem to have a human support over there =).
I think you have to login into your account, and hit the Help button in the bottom left corner. You go through the motions but eventually a human support will reach out to you.
OpenAI takes 3-4 days or even weeks to resolve tickets on average.
The Help Center is the only way to contact them for billing issues.
