I just signed up for an account a couple of weeks ago and have only utilized $0.12 out of $18.00 credit.
Today I was told it expired.
Moreover, I was on the waiting list for gpt-4 and just received access exactly 1 week ago.
How can I get my credits reactivated???

The members and leadership team on the developer forum do not have access to accounts or the payment systems.
If you have paid for credits to the API, and those payments were from a valid CC/DC from a valid bank in a supported country, then they should last 12 months from my understanding. If that has not happened then you need to contact help.openai.com and use the support bot in the bottom right corner to give details of your issue. If you cannot find the correct option, select payments and billing and the select “other” for all other options until you can enter a message.
