Request for account unban

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to appeal for the removal of the ban on my ChatGPT account (shangxingyanxue@gmail.com) due to unauthorized access and misuse. My account contains a significant amount of confidential information related to my work life and studies, and the ban is having a major impact on my ability to function in these areas. I am kindly requesting that you give me the opportunity to resolve this issue.

I recently discovered that my account was compromised, and I have reason to believe that it was accessed and misused by someone else without my knowledge or consent. I deeply regret any inconvenience or disruption this may have caused to the ChatGPT community and would like to assure you that I had no part in the activities that led to the ban.

To resolve this issue and restore my account, I have already taken the necessary steps to secure my account by changing my password and enabling two-factor authentication. I kindly request that you investigate my account to verify my claims and consider lifting the ban.

I have always valued and respected the ChatGPT community guidelines and have strived to maintain a positive and constructive presence. I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all users and sincerely apologize for any trouble this situation may have caused.

For account related issues please use OpenAI Help Centre in the bottom right corner is a message icon. image click the icon and enter your issue, the bot will take your details and a member of the account support team will get back to you, it may take several weeks due to the number of people currently using the system.

hello i had my account terminated today, for no reason because I only write books with chat and never violated any policies. I see you answer always the same, to visit openAI helpcenter. I’ve been there but it’sa bot and want answer this type of question, no human, no chance to support or help or anything. The strange and really daunting part is that most people has a lot of them work inside chat , as I do, and it can all disappear ina second without any justification. That’s really dangerous because many use chat for work and not only for pleasure, losing all the work, not having access no way to have real support it’s questioning the very reason why people use chat , to be able to make tasks but if the chance to loose the data withoutexplanation and only bot to contact , it’s scary! Why with all the money the millions of user pay no human to respond?

The help.openai.com page is supported by people, the bot simply takes your details, the service is VERY busy and it may take time to respond back to you.

The developer forum is not equipped to deal with account suspensions and bans, as that has nothing to do with developing products and services around the API

Dear ChatGPT Support Team,
I ask you to unblock my account ogidsoop@maillv.com, the subscription is paid, but I can’t log in, it says: You do not have an account because it has been deleted or deactivated. If you think there has been an error, please contact us through our help center help.openai.com.
I did not commit any illegal actions. I just changed my password.
