Regenerate button missing for GPT-4o with Canvas?

Cannot find and thus use the regenerate response button when using the Canvas option (Standard version is fine).

Is it due to the fact that Canvas shows the edit table, so it does not need a regeneration button?

I don’t know if it’s just me, I think the 4o with canvas response is better than 4o, but once the Canvas option appears, the regenerate button is gone, which is really annoying.

I strictly use ChatGPT ChatGPT 4o with canvas on a windows PC. I have never seen that Pencil edit button. Ive never seen these features everyone on youtube has been showing off. I even created new ChatGPT’s but that edit button never shows up. I use Crome browser.

I think… that the canvas doesnt repeat in chat history… (not sure)
You could just have it correct it.
That said… if youre truly determined, go back earlier in the session and overwrite a previous message, and wipe the board (canvas)
